Frequently asked questions

Care instructions

>> Macrame bracelets:
- it's not a waterproof bracelet so it's recommended to take it off before showering, swimming, or another contact with water to prevent the knots from becoming loose or undone
- in case if nevertheless the knot suddenly unties you just cut a thread 2-3mm apart from the bracelet and melt it with flame and press well

>> Crochet blankets:
I usually wash my clothes in the washing machine using the 'wool' or 'hand wash' mode at 30°C and spin at 800 RPM or lower. Also, I never iron crocheted items because it can cause them to become thin, flat, and lose their texture.
But it is always recommended to wash handmade items by hand...

Gift wrapping and packaging

I aim to reuse cardboard and paper from dry food and other products which I have at home.

*Your bracelet will be carefully placed in a cutout of these recyclable materials and then inserted into a clear, recyclable pocket,
*then packaged using items like a cardboard cutout from a cereal box to provide extra protection,
*lastly, the item will be packaged in a recyclable mailing bag.

For some larger orders, I may use a plastic mailing bag that is commonly used for shipping.
